1 c. pecans, chopped
15 frozen white dinner roll dough pieces
2/3 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. butterscotch pudding mix (dry)
1/3 c. butter, cut into small pieces
Spread pecans in bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Arrange frozen roll dough over nuts. Sprinkle with brown sugar and
then dry pudding mix. Dot with butter pieces. Cover and thaw
overnight at room temperature. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30
minutes, or until rolls are browned and done. Turn immediately out
onto a serving dish.
