9-inch baked pie shell
1 qt. strawberries or peaches
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
4 Tbsp. strawberry or peach jello
6 tsp. cornstarch
Combine sugar, water and cornstarch; mix and boil until clear and
thick. Add jello; mix well. Let cool. Add fruit. Put in cooled,
cooked pastry; add whip cream on top. Good with either peaches or
