1 deep-dish frozen pie shell
4 c. fresh strawberries
1 (4 oz.) pkg. sugar-free vanilla cook and serve pudding mix
1 (4 oz.) pkg. sugar-free strawberry Jell-O
1 1/2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) container sugar-free Cool Whip
Evenly arrange strawberries in pie crust. In large saucepan, combine
dry pudding mix, dry Jell-O and water. Cook over medium heat until
mixture thickens and starts to boil, stirring often. Pour hot sauce
evenly over strawberries in pie pan. Refrigerate at least 2 hours
before serving. Chill overnight for best results. Serve with Cool
