1 deep-dish pie shell
1 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar-free strawberry Jell-O
1 1/2 lb. sliced fresh strawberries
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. cold water
Fill pie shell with strawberries. Mix cornstarch with 2 tablespoons
cold water; set aside. Bring 1 cup water to a boil; add Jell-O. Add
cornstarch mixture. Cook until it thickens. Pour over strawberries.
Top with sugar-free Cool Whip.
