1/2 c. Crisco (well chilled) 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, divided 1/2 tsp. salt (heaping) 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted Mix salt and 1 1/4 cups flour with 3 tablespoons water; set aside. Add Crisco and mix until resembles small peas. Add water mixture; mix until forms small ball. Add sesame seeds. Knead into dough. Chill for 30 minutes. Roll dough out to 10-inches. Place in pie pan; crimp edges. Prick bottom well with fork. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
