2 pt. fresh or frozen blackberries (can use blackberry juice)
1/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. orange zest
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 pt. mango sorbet
6 gingersnaps, crushed

Stir together first 4 ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat.
Cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.
Serve over sorbet; sprinkle with gingersnaps.
