BROWNIES

2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. cocoa
2 sticks butter, softened
2 c. all-purpose flour
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts (optional)

Icing:
1 box powdered sugar
1 stick melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
5 Tbsp. milk
3 Tbsp. cocoa

Brownies: Cream sugar, cocoa and butter. Add eggs and vanilla and
then flour. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Icing: Combine all ingredients. Pour over brownies immediately
after removing from oven.
