CHOCOLATE COBBLER

2 sticks butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. whole milk
1 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. cocoa powder
2 c. boiling water

Very important to follow the directions.

Melt butter in 9 x 13 glass baking pan. Mix 1 1/4 cups sugar,
self-rising flour, vanilla and whole milk; mix and pour over melted
butter. DO NOT STIR. Mix 1 cup sugar and cocoa powder; sprinkle
over top. DO NOT STIR. Pour boiling water on top. DO NOT STIR.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Is best served hot.

I have everything ready and just do one step right after the other.
Preheat oven.
