8 oz. cream cheese
2 rolls family size chocolate Oreos
12 oz. white chocolate morsels
Crush Oreos; mix with softened cream cheese. Roll into 1-inch balls;
place in freezer for 30 minutes. Melt white chocolate. Drop frozen
balls (one at a time) into white chocolate. Use two forks to lift
balls onto baking sheet. Freeze truffles until chocolate hardens,
about 10 minutes.
