3 c. sugar
2 sticks butter (room temperature)
3 c. cake flour
5 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Mix sugar and butter. Add eggs one at a time. Mix remaining dry
ingredients. Alternate and add milk and dry ingredients to sugar
mixture. Add cooking oil and vanilla last; mix well. Bake in
greased and floured Bundt pan at 300 degrees for 1 hour 20 minutes; maybe a
little longer. Squeeze to see if spongy done. Sprinkle with
