Spray 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray. Arrange cookie dough slices in single layer in prepared pan; press to form crust. Bake 14 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool 10 minutes and run knife under cookie to loosen; slide onto plate. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer until well blended; spread over crust. Top with fruit. Microwave jelly for 2 minutes; brush over fruit. Refrigerate 2 hours.
