3 c. Minute oatmeal
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. chopped pecans or coconut
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1 stick margarine
Mix oatmeal, vanilla extract and pecans or coconut in large bowl. In
large saucepan, bring to a rolling boil rest of ingredients for 2
minutes. Pour second mixture over first; stir thoroughly. Drop by
tablespoonfuls on wax paper. Cookies are ready to eat when cool.
