8 oz. sour cream 2 sticks butter, softened 3 c. sugar 3 c. all-purpose flour 6 eggs 1/4 tsp. soda pinch of salt 1 tsp. almond extract Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add flour and sour cream alternately. Add almond extract, soda and salt. Bake in Bundt pan that has been well-greased and floured at 300 degrees for approximately 1 hour 10 minutes.
