BAKED POTATO SAUCE

8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream with chives
1 Tbsp. onion juice
cayenne pepper to taste

Soften cream cheese in microwave. Add 3/4 of sour cream and chives
or more to make it smooth; mix well. Grate onion on smallest side of
grater for tablespoon of juice; add to mix. Add cayenne pepper
gradually!!! This is what makes the sauce so special!!!
