Three teaspoons = 1 tablespoon.

Four tablespoons - 1/4 cup.

Five 1/3 tablespoons = 1/3 cup.

Eight tablespoons = 1/2 cup.

Ten 2/3 tablespoons = 2/3 cup.

Twelve tablespoons = 3/4 cup.

Sixteen tablespoons = 1 cup.

One ounce liquid = 2 tablespoons.

Eight ounces liquid = 1 cup.

Four cups liquid = 1 quart = 32 ounces.
