1 (29 oz.) can pear halves 1 (29 oz.) can peach halves 1 (17 oz.) lite sweet cherries, pitted 1 (20 oz.) pineapple chunks 1 (11 oz.) mandarin oranges 1 (17 oz.) apricots 1/2 c. white raisins 3/4 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 3 Tbsp. butter 3 Tbsp. flour 1/2 to 1 Tbsp. curry powder 1/2 c. white wine Drain fruit, reserving juice; measure 3/4 cup and set aside. Soak raisins in hot water; drain. Mix fruit juice with butter, salt and flour; heat, do not boil, until thick. Fold sauce into fruit and raisins. Add curry powder and wine. Let stand 3 hours. Cook 30 minutes at 350 degrees. May be refrigerated and reheated to serve later.
