SPICE BLEND

1 Tbsp. dried oregano, crushed
1 Tbsp. dried basil, crushed
1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 1/2 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. pepper

Try rubbing this into poultry or pork. Makes 1/4 cup. Add 1/4
teaspoon of seasoning for 4 servings.
