1 quart regular store bought dill pickle - drained
2 medium onions
Slice pickles and onion thick. Drop both in ice water. Let
stand in ice water for 20 minutes. Drain. In large plastic bowl
mix pickle and onion with 2 cups of sugar and 2 Tablespoons
vinegar until sugar is dissolved. Put back in original jar. Let
set for 2-3 days. Keep in refrigerator as long as desired.
