6-8 hard boiled eggs
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. pickle juice or vinegar and sugar
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
salt to taste
Boil eggs. Allow to cool and shell.
Cut eggs lengthwise into 2 pieces. Put yolks in mixer, add
mayonnaise, pickle juice, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix until
smooth. Fill egg white with cream filling. Sprinkle with paprika
and serve on beds of lettuce.
