2 - (8 oz) cream cheese
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing (dry)
2 chopped green onions
1 pkg. Burrito shells
1 bunch broccoli
1/2 head cauliflower
4 large carrots
Mix cream cheese and dressing together, set aside. Shred
veggies. Mix with dressing and cream cheese. Spread mixture on
burrito shell, roll up. Insert toothpicks about 1/2 inch along
burrito. Cut at toothpicks. Chill and enjoy.
