2 lb. ground ham
2/3 c. cracker crumbs (18 crackers)
1 c. can milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
Bake in shallow pan lined with foil at 350 degrees for 30
minutes. Drain grease off and glaze. Bake 30 minutes more.
GLAZE: 1 c. crushed pineapple and juice, 1/2 cup vinegar, 1
cup brown sugar, 1/4 tsp. ground cloves.
