1 c. sugar 3 Tbsp. cocoa 1/4 tsp. salt 6 Tbsp. oil 1 Tbsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. soda 1 c. cold water 1 Tbsp. vinegar Stir dry ingredients into baking pan. Add liquid ingredients. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees. CREAM CHEESE ICING: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 pound box confectioners sugar 1/2 stick margarine 1 tsp. vanilla Cream ingredients together and spread on cooled cake. HINT: May cover with candy sprinkles, shaved chocolate, or nuts. ENJOY!
