CAKE: 2 c. self-rising flour 2 c. white sugar 1 c. oil 1 c. coconut 1/2 c. buttermilk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. coconut flavoring 5 eggs Greased and floured Bundt Pan ICING/TOPPING: 2 c. white sugar 1/2 c. water 1 tsp. coconut flavoring 1/2 c. margarine 1 tsp. vanilla CAKE: Mix all ingredients together and pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until brown. Pour hot topping over cake while in pan. ICING/TOPPING: Mix all ingredients together and bring to a boil and have ready for when cake is done. Pour over hot cake while still in pan. Let it soak down the sides of the cake Let it set for 20 minutes before turning the cake out.
