1/2 c. butter or margarine 1/2 c. oil 1 3/4 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. buttermilk 4 Tbsp. cocoa 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. cloves 2 1/2 c. flour 2 c. diced (not shredded) zucchini 1/2 c. chocolate chips Cream butter, oil, and sugar. Beat in eggs, vanilla, and buttermilk. Stir in dry ingredients then zucchini. Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup chocolate chips and bate at 325 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes.
