1 orange cake mix
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can peach pie filling
1/2 c. chopped pecans
8 oz. softened cream cheese
4 oz. Instant Vanilla pudding
20 oz. can crushed pineapple (include syrup)
9 oz. Cool Whip
Beat all ingredients 1 minute by spoon. Put into 9 x 13 inch
ungreased cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 35 minutes.
Frost cooled cake. Garnish with mandarin or clementine orange
sections and pecan halves.
FROSTING: Whip together. Fold in Cool Whip.
NOTE: This also makes a beautiful 2 layer round cake.
