2 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. oil 4 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda 3 c. flour 1 c. Poppy Seed Filling 1 c. evaporated milk 1 can chopped nuts Mix sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla in large bowl. beat well. Mix flour, soda, and salt, add this to first mixture, alternately with milk and poppy seed filling. Add nuts. Bake at 350 degrees in an ungreased 10-inch tube pan. Invert to cool for 1 hour. Frost.
