ALMOND JOY CAKE

1 - (2 layer) chocolate cake mix
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
24 large marshmallows
1 - (14 oz.) pkg. coconut
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
12 oz. chocolate chips
3 oz. chopped almonds

Prepare cake mix according to package directions in 9 x 13
inch pan. bring 1 cup evaporated milk and 1 cup sugar to boil in
a saucepan. Stir in marshmallows until melted. Add coconut. Pour
mixture over warm cake.

Icing: Bring 1/2 cup evaporated milk and 1 1/2 cups sugar to
a boil in a saucepan. Stir in butter and chocolate chips until
melted. Add almonds and pour evenly over coconut layer.
