3 - (8 oz.) cream cheese 5 whole eggs 1 c. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla Cream together cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Then fill 24 cupcake liners 2/3 full of batter. Bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove from oven. Let cool 5 minutes (The cake will fall). Fill the center with; 1 cup sour cream 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 tsp. vanilla. Top with any flavor of pie filling you like. Bake for an additional 5 minutes at 300 degrees.
