1 1/2 c. butter 2 c. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. soda 2 tsp. baking powder 4 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla 1/3 c. milk 6 c. flour RAISIN FILLING: 3 c. raisins 2 c. cold water 3/4 c. sugar Cook for 5 minutes. (Dissolve 3 heaping Tbsp. corn starch in 1 c. cold water. Add to mix and cook 5 minutes more. Mix all ingredients. Roll out. Fill or bake plain. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown. Recipe makes approx: 5 to 6 dozen. NOTE: You can use filling for pie also.
