14 oz. can Eagle Brand milk 3/4 c. peanut butter 2 c. Bisquick 1 tsp. vanilla granulated sugar Beat eagle brand milk and peanut butter together until smooth. Add biscuit mix and vanilla. Mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll in sugar. Place 2-inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Flatten with fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 6-8 minutes, or until light golden brown. Do not overbake. NOTE: Can put a chocolate kiss in center of cookies instead of flattening with fork. Recipe makes approx: 3-4 dozen cookies.
