DOLLY'S BUTTERSCOTCH COOKIES

1 c. butterscotch flavored chips
1 c. butter - softened
3 c. flour
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 Tbsp. milk
2 tsp. vanilla

FROSTING:
2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. butter - softened
1 - 2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt chips and butter over low heat, stirring constantly.
Pour into large bowl and add other ingredients. Beat on low. Wrap
in plastic wrap and refrigerate 1 hour. Roll and cut. Bake at
375 degrees for 5 - 8 minutes. Cool. Make frosting and decorate.
May add color if desired. Recipe makes approx: 4 - 5 dozen.
