1 c. crisco
2 c. sugar
9 oz. can crushed pineapple - drained
4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts
Cream Crisco, sugar and eggs. Beat until fluffy. Add
crushed pineapple. Sift flour, soda, baking powder and salt,
blend all together. Add nuts if desired. Bake at 400 degrees for
12 to 15 minutes.
