1 - (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips 1/3 c. butter 2 c. graham cracker crumbs 1 c. nuts (chopped) 1 - (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (softened) 1 - (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand Milk (not evaporated) 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla Preheat oven to 350 degrees or 325 for glass baking dish. Over low heat melt chips and butter. Stir in crumbs and nuts. Press 1/2 of mixture firmly into bottom of greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened milk than egg and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Top evenly with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 350 or 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, or until wooden toothpick inserted comes out clean. Chill thoroughly. Cut into bars. NOTE: Watch glass baking dish the bottom will brown very fast.
