2 c. flour 1 1/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tsp. soda 1/4 c. cocoa 1/2 c. nuts (optional) 1/2 c. oil 2 tsp. vanilla 2 c. finely grated zucchini Mix flour, sugar, salt soda, cocoa, and nuts together in a bowl, then add oil, vanilla, and zucchini. Mix by hand until moistened. Pour into a well greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool before cutting.
