FRENCH BREAKFAST PUFFS


ONE:
1/3 c. soft shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg

TWO:
1 1/2 c. four
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Sift together.

THREE:
1/2 c. milk

Stir in.

FOUR:
6 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Dip and roll in.

Mix 1, 2, and 3. Fill greased muffin pan 2/3 full. Bake at
350 degrees for 20 minutes or until done. When done dip in melted
butter and roll in cinnamon and sugar. Recipe makes approx: 12
