1 medium can Fruit Cocktail (drain and reserve juices)
1 - (8 oz.) can Mandarin Oranges (drain and reserve juices)
1 can Pineapple Chunks (drain and reserve juices)
1 - (3 oz.) pkg. Low Fat Vanilla Tapioca Pudding
1 c. Low Fat or Fat - Free Non Dairy Whipped Topping
1 c. Miniature Marshmallows
4 sliced Bananas
In nonstick pan, cook pudding to directions, substituting
juices for milk, 1 1/2 cups. Remove from heat; cool completely.
Fold in topping. Add all fruit and marshmallows. Chill 1 hour.
Top with bananas before serving.
