1 - (3 oz.) pkg. Orange jello
1 c. hot water
1 - (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
1 small can crushed Pineapple (drained)
1 can Mandarin oranges (drained)
1 large sliced banana
Dissolve jello in hot water, add frozen orange juice, stir
until thawed. Chill until partially set. Add remaining fruits.
Pour into 10 x 6 x 2 inch dish, and chill until firm.
CREAMY LAYER: 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding, 1 3/4 c. milk.
Mix according to package directions. While soft fold in 1 cup
cool whip. Spread this mixture over the jello layer, chill until
NOTE: For a 9 x 13 inch pan; I double everything in the jello
layer, but leave the creamy layer the same.
