1 - (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
1 lb. dry cottage cheese
1/2 pint cream (whipped)
2 pkg. Lime jello
Heat pineapple; add jello and stir until dissolved. Cool and
add other ingredients. For Easter serve on lettuce leaf with
mayonnaise. For Christmas add 1 small can of diced pimento.
Recipe makes approx: 8 - 10 servings.
