1 lb. Linguini (Do not use thin spaghetti noodles)
1 large onion - chopped small
2 large cucumber - chopped in small squares
4 medium tomatoes - cut in small squares
1 can chopped or sliced black olives
1 large mozzarella cheese - shredded
1 jar Salad Supreme
1 bottle Zesty Italian Dressing
Cook linguini. Rinse. Put in refrigerator until cold. Take
out of refrigerator. Add all ingredients. Mix well. Put back in
refrigerator until cold. Serve.
NOTE: Can be made a day ahead of time.
