1 medium head lettuce - torn up or shredded
1 medium size green pepper - sliced thin
1 - (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas - thawed- not cooked
1 medium onion - thinly sliced
2 carrots - shredded
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

2 c. Hellmann Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. sugar

In a large clear glass bowl; layer ingredient in the
following above order. Spread dressing over top of vegetables
(like icing on a cake). Cover dressing with shredded cheese. Seal
with saran wrap and let set overnight. When ready to serve, toss
and mix vegetables and dressing together. Tomatoes may be added
before serving.
