1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
Stir over low heat to dissolve. Mix together with:
27 oz. can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped peppers - green or red and yellow
Chill overnight. Drain before serving.
