1 medium head cabbage 6 medium carrots 1 c. Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise 1 tsp. salt (salt subsitute can be used) 1 Pinch of black pepper 1 Tbsp. white sugar 1 Tbsp. white vinegar 1 Tbsp. milk Grate cabbage and carrots, mix in bowl. In separate bowl, mix mayo, salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar, and milk. Stir mayo mixture until well mixed, add to cabbage and carrot; mix well. Refrigerate for one hour before serving.
