"TAIWAN" RICE NOODLE SOUP

1/2 bag Rice noodles (thick)
6 c. broth
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Celery chopped
A pinch of Chinese Parsley chopped

Keep the rice noodles in water to soften. Cut in pieces.
Heat the broth to a boil, add rice noodles to cook until soft.
Add rest of ingredients.
