TEXAS CHILI

2 lb. hamburger
1 onion
2 hot peppers
2 cans stewed tomatoes
2 cans of Bushes Hot Chili beans
2 cans red kidney beans
4 tsp. chili powder
3 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. French mustard or A1 sauce
2 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 can tomato sauce or tomato paste as needed.

NOTE: Can substitute 1 lb. hamburger with 1 lb. of chopped
steak.

Brown hamburger, steak, and onions. Combine ingredients in
large cooking pan over low heat. Add tomato sauce or tomato paste
as needed. Add water as needed for good consistency. Cook over
low heat for 40 - 60 minutes. Serve hot with corn muffins.
Recipe makes approx: 6 servings.
