1 egg beaten
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. water
1/4 c. white sugar
salt and pepper
Cook to thicken. Add 1 Tbsp. butter when off the fire. Stir
while cooking. Double each ingredient to make more dressing.
NOTE: Can also be used for coleslaw dressing.
