POPPY CHICKEN CASSEROLE

2 1/2 sleeves Ritz Crackers - crumb crackers
2 sticks butter - melted
4 Tbsp. Poppy seed
6 - 8 chicken breasts - boil and de-bone
2 cans Cream Chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream

Mix 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup and sour cream. Line 9 x 13
inch baking dish with 1/2 of crust mixture. Place chicken over
crust. Pour soup and sour cream mixture over chicken and place
second 1/2 of crust mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30
minutes or until bubbly.
