4 c. chopped cooked chicken 2 Tbsp. minced onion 1 - (10 oz) can condensed Cream of Chicken soup 3/4 c. chicken broth 1 pkg. Herb-Seasoned stuffing mix 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, melted Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook mixture of chicken, onion, soup and broth in saucepan over low heat just until heated, stirring constantly. Toss stuffing mix with butter in bowl. Layer chicken mixture and stuffing mixture 1/2 at a time, in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Yields 8 servings.
