KATHY'S CHICKEN CASSEROLE

2 1/2 - 3 lb. chicken - (chicken breasts)
1- (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
Salt and pepper to taste
1 stick oleo
1 1/2 c. Ritz Crackers

Cook chicken and remove skin and discard. Take chicken from
bone and place chicken in medium size baking dish. Combine sour
cream and cream of chicken soup. Add salt and pepper. Pour over
chicken. Melt oleo and cracker crumbs together. Spread over
chicken mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes.
