2 medium potatoes - cubed
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 medium onion - diced
1 can mushrooms - drained
3 c. egg noodles
2 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. ground beef
salt and pepper to taste
Brown ground beef in skillet, then drain off excess fat.
Place back in skillet and add potatoes, onion, mushrooms, and oil.
Fry until potatoes are not crunchy but soft, then add one can of
mushroom soup, 1/2 can of milk in another sauce pan. Boil water
for noodles and cook until done. Drain and add to ground beef
mixture. Stir and then it is done. Takes about 20 minutes to
prepare. Recipe makes approx: enough for a family of 5.
