DOUGH: 2 c. flour 3/4 c. shortening 1 tsp. onion salt 1/4 c. cold water FILLING: 1 Tbsp. crisco 1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. chopped onions 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. oregano 1 Tbsp. sugar 1 can Tomato soup (undiluted) 1 - (14 oz.) can Green beans (drained) DOUGH: Preheat oven 425 degrees. Make dough, including onion salt. Divide dough in half. Form into two balls. On lightly floured surface roll out bottom crust. (Larger than the size of the pan). Place in pie pan. Roll out top crust. FILLING: In skillet, melt crisco, brown beef, and onion. Stir in green beans, soup, and seasoning. Heat 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour filling into pie pan. Add top crust. Make slits on top to vent. Brown until golden brown. About 45 minutes.
